Zeppe’s Italian Ice

CSG designed the landscape architecture for the Zeppe’s Italian Ice in Logan, UT. It included both landscape and irrigation plans. CSG also completed civil construction documents including site plan, demolition plan, utility plan, grade plan, stormwater/erosion control, and detail sheets. Structural engineers provided Structural design construction plans for the building.
