Nyman Mortuary
The Nyman Mortuary building project is a 12,000 sf building located acrossthe street from the proposed Conservice site. The site includes parking, building, utilities, and storm water retention. Civil Solutions Group achieved approval of this site as the first commercial site plan approval in River Heights. They worked directly with the Mayor, City Council, and public works director. They also coordinated their efforts with the irrigation company.
