Noorda College of Medicine

CSG was hired by a Private Developer to master plan and design a medical campus on ground that was owned by Provo City.  CSG represented the owner and developer in all aspects of this highly complex development.  The project site is located on an illegal landfill (dump) that operated in Provo for over 50 years.  The project site is encumbered by an existing golf course, landfill, wetland preserve, non-existent utility infrastructure, and surface water from Utah Lake.  CSG successfully navigated through negotiations with each of these regulatory agencies through the project design process.  After thousands of pages of documentation, CSG ultimately secured for the owner and developer a constructible project that is designed for a 200-year life.
