Job Summary:

The Project Manager will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee projects of a particular project type within the organization. They will ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

 

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the project team.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Manages client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages client expectations related to costs and schedules.
  • Conducts or acquires cost analysis for development projects; prepares or delegates preparation of schedule of project completion dates.
  • Ensures that projects are completed within budget, within schedule, and in an economical manner.
  • Implements the strategic direction of the organization’s activities.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new technologies and systems to improve organizational processes and decision-making.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
  • Responsible for completing the Basis of Design for each project prior to engaging the Engineering team.
  • Responsible for project QC.
  • Responsible for the development of fee proposals and for acquiring approval from the CEO.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D and related software.

  • Professional Licensure.
