Design Studio Manager
Clay is the civil design manager at CSG. He dedicates his efforts to ensuring the civil design process results in an optimum balance between client satisfaction, community appeal, and a safe, efficient and technically sound land development project. Clay excels in implementing creative and highly effective solutions to a multitude of unique and complex scenarios associated with land development. Clay spends his time away from the office in the mountains with his wife and dogs.
Coleman is CSG’s environmental manager and oversees the wide environmental scope needed to successfully complete a project. He uses his experience throughout the intermountain west to make complicated environmental processes approachable for his clients and colleagues, often saving time and money in the process. Outside of CSG, Coleman is usually found on one of the countless trails or rivers in the west.
David Boudrero - PE
David is a structural engineer and an expert in a wide range of construction types and materials. David takes satisfaction in using his creativity to help clients find solutions and make their building vision a success. David uses his background in construction and construction management to design economical and sound structures. He is passionate about structural engineering and takes pride in his work and collaboration with the CSG team. Outside of work, David is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Dayton Law - PE
Dayton is responsive, engaged, and particularly enthusiastic about all of the projects that CSG has the opportunity to be a part of. He is respected by his clients for his excellent ability to communicate and problem solve. He excels in project management and is grateful for all opportunities to mentor the next generation of engineering professionals. Dayton can be found dirt biking, doing family activities, or involved in various home improvement projects when outside of CSG.
Jacob Hendrickson - PLA
Jacob is the lead Landscape Architect and Environmental Planner. He is passionate about functional, aesthetic outdoor design that enhances the world we experience. He advocates for smart growth and sustainable design that help fulfill as many needs as possible for the stakeholders. He also values building positive relationships with clients, as he provides them with quality service on time and within budget. Jacob enjoys travel and values learning from solutions other cultures have found to various design needs. He is also an accomplished musician and loves art and spending time with his wife and 5 children.
Jake is a project manager who applies his wide variety of skills to ensure the client’s needs are met and their projects are successful. He thrives when leading a team with a challenging project and a tight timeline. Jake’s love for engineering translates into creative, efficient, and quality designs. He is a problem solver with high attention to detail. In his spare time, Jake can usually be found in the sand, whether it be on a beach in the Caribbean or in the bunker of the local golf course.
Jeff is a project manager who has designed a variety of projects from residential, municipal, and commercial projects. He enjoys learning about other disciplines through the design process and hopes to add value to any team he is on. His interests include most sports, running, and his family.
Joey Day - PE
Residential Project Manager
Joey is an ambitious, dependable and resourceful project manager that enjoys collaborating with a team to create appealing projects for his clients and the community. He is an experienced engineer that uses his knowledge and expertise to provide timely and practical solutions for his clients. He enjoys working with people and derives great satisfaction from providing excellent service. Joey loves spending time with his family, playing sports, or enjoying the outdoors.
John oversees the geotechnical department, and is responsive and engaged with clients to meet their geotechnical needs. He provides safe and reasonable geotechnical recommendations for many types of projects. In his spare time, you can find John spending time outdoors and with family.
Michael Taylor - PE
VP Civil Engineering
Michael is motivated by wanting to contribute to quality land development and improve the quality of life of the communities of the Mountain West. He also takes great satisfaction in providing the best level of care possible to CSG’s clients. As the Vice President of Civil, he manages the company’s civil design group and is responsible for ensuring that designs are optimized to project constraints and client objectives. He ensures construction plans are accurate and complete. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and six children either on their farm or in Utah’s mountains.
VP Project Management
Weston is vice president of the project managers; he oversees, manages, and mentors the company’s team of project managers. He manages various projects throughout the western United States. He is a valued team member due to his knowledge of civil design and his ability to incorporate functionality and feasibility into the projects he manages. Weston is extremely attentive to details and is able to understand and incorporate a client’s vision. He enjoys spending time with his family doing anything outdoors and supporting and watching his kids excel in their various sporting activities.
Brooke helps with administration with a variety of tasks. She is organized and dependable. She thrives on making CSG’s processes more efficient and productive. She is grateful for the opportunities CSG provides to increase her knowledge in the engineering industry. Brooke enjoys raising her four boys and absolutely loves being a “boy mom.” She likes to travel and is always up for an adventure. She enjoys pickleball, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Collin Fawcett - PE
Collin is inquisitive and loves to solve problems. He is a dedicated engineering project design professional. His expertise lies in site hydrology, pipe hydraulics, site grading and utility elements. Collin has over 20 years of civil engineering experience and has worked on projects ranging from master planning to construction observation and administration. He has been involved with several multi-million dollar water, sewer and storm infrastructure projects. He has developed a knack for large site development and loves to get involved with the site civil engineering planning and ultimate design. Collin loves to spend his time away from the office enjoying his family and the great outdoors.
Curtis Bown - PLS
Curtis enjoys working with communities and clients to develop quality and technically sound projects. Working in the Surveying department has allowed him to contribute to projects across all the fields of service offered at CSG. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and appreciates working with a team committed to exceptional service to our diverse clientele. He has a passion for Land Surveying and enjoys opportunities to get others involved in the profession. Curtis enjoys spending time with his family doing activities and being outdoors.
Survey Field Technician
Dillon is a design engineer and works on the architectural design team. He gained his love for engineering after many years working in the construction industry. He takes great pride in his work and provides quality designs while collaborating with the CSG team. Outside of work, Dillon can usually be found with family and friends enjoying the outdoors.
Jen enjoys helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. She supports the CSG Team by managing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. Her practical knowledge and organizational skills are used daily to ensure positive outcomes for staff and clients. She has a background in special education and enjoys continually learning through professional development opportunities. Jen recently moved to Cache Valley with her husband and four young sons and she stays busy at home juggling sports schedules, homework, and all the snacks.
Survey Field Technician
Kyle is a surveying technician. He loves going out into the field to collect information and make measurements. He also enjoys his other work activities such as construction staking and helping delineate boundaries. On his own time, he enjoys being outdoors doing just about anything with his family.
Landen is a CAD chief on the survey team. He works closely with the Professional Land Surveyor to ensure that drawings are accurate according to county and client specifications, and are completed in a timely manner. He also has experience in the field with construction staking and land surveying techniques.
CAD Survey Technician
Landon is a CAD Survey Technician at Civil Solutions Group. He works closely with the Professional Land Surveyor to gather survey information from the site, perform construction staking, and helps work on the drawings in the office. He is currently studying surveying and mapping at UVU and enjoys socializing with friends and being with his family.
Logan is a design engineer who works on a variety of projects, including residential developments, floodplain studies, and traffic impact studies. He is passionate about transportation engineering and is working towards his professional license. Outside of the office, Logan enjoys backpacking, fishing, and restoring cars.
RJ is a design engineer who works on a variety of teams. He works closely with the Vice President of project managers on his projects. In RJ’s free time you can most likely find him on a wrestling mat or with his family doing something active.
Zach Warner - MLA
Zach is a landscape designer who likes to help make communities more beautiful and functional places. He uses his diverse educational experience in Asian studies and Landscape Architecture to bring a fresh perspective to client projects. He is currently working on becoming a licensed landscape architect. In his free time, Zach likes to cook, learn new things, make music and art, and be outdoors.
